Do you sing while you’re doing housework? Because I always do (I guess this could be the reason why my neighbours never say „hi” to me :) ). Yesterday I was making pancakes (traditional hungarian variant, maybe Nóra will post about it), singing with the Nine Days and accidentally I got my finger burned, (ok, I shouted into the top of a wooden spoon that „it’s sooo sad, you’re so good and I’m so baaad” and my finger touched the burning pan, because I was dancing like John Travolta did in the Grease)
(yes, this way, am I a freak?) so I have only 9 fingers now (to be honest I can’t do the blind-typing shorthand thing, I use 4 of my fingers, and now 3), sorry for the mistypes.
Ok, music is my task. In short I was listening Nine Days and just like a wheater forecast the singer sang: „i driiive in the raiiin with the window open...” – „Oh no – I said – I hate the rain in november.” (except November rain). Then I switched the CD, and guess what happened? „I was driving for an hooour just talking to the raiiin” (it was Michelle Branch). „Oh yeah – I tought -, that’s not my day. Rain. I need sun.”
So I choose Amber Smith for this week, not the model-actress-spokeperson (can she do everything?), but the band from Hungary because of the title of one of their songs, Hello Sun.

They play together since 1999, and had concerts in Germany, Croatia, Spain and also in Tokyo in 2004 (stop) They have their first album in hungarian and two other in english (stop) They were in tour in Germany and France (stop)
But they have the comments on youtube like these:
”If I didn't know that they're Hungarians, I would never figure it. Nor from the quality of the video and nor from the music. They deserve much more fame.”
”Man, are they?”

Yes, sure they are. And they do it well, I like their hungarian-english (i speak the same), and the way they do indie. And I totally agree with the commenters: they deserve much more fame.
