I really like winter and I really missed the snow last year. But this week the snow arrived to Hungary, and I was so glad in spite of I always get a cold in winter (my mother always told me „Get your scarf and hat on!” and of course I never did), I could be the best Darth Wader-imitator in the male-side just because of my voice and my nose always coruscates in a very red dye (can you imagine that cute Rudolf the Reindeer-style?... Please don’t do it, you would be very wrong:))
So I like winter and all the winter stuff except cold. So please someone tell the NASA or any other researcher-inventor company to invent an instant winter-feeling package with soft-like-no-other snowflakes, ice skating children and a flavour of a fir field without cold – 3 in 1.
While we are waiting for one of the biggest inventions I’d share a video with you from the band called Emil.Rulez! (they’d deserve two or three full posts). In this song András Hajós(the singer, actor and just a freaky hungarian-maybe that’s why I like him so much) is singing about hot chocolate, which is the coherence between them and winter (just to stay on the line: hot chocolate is perfect for long winter evenings). (I’ve found only the live version: )
When I first heard about them I found their music very strange (ok, actually I asked my boyfriend: „why do you like them? This guy is freaking me out”), but now I am grown up enough for their music.
I think the Emil.Rulez! is somewhere between an i’m-never-gonna-listen-to-this-crap-again and oh-this-guy-is-a-genious, alternative-jazz feeling, but this location makes them really good, and I can never get enough of them.

I have two very strong reasons why do I have to show you two videos this week.
The first reason: because I can never get enough of them (have I said this before?). And the second: because it’s so actual for you if you come to Budapest because it’s a travel guide. Here we go:

He is just joking with that typical hungarian tourist guide accent (leastways I hope so:) ),and this song is classic in the circle of my friends.
Finally you can get more information about Budapest from Zsolt, or about the Emil.Rulez! if you click here: http://emilrulez.blogspot.com/.
